Te Whare Awhero (Hope House) is the Hornby Presbyterian Community Trust and provides community services, engagement and support to bring hope. Our vision is to positively influence and strengthen our community by offering services that embrace families and individuals facing life's changes. We desire to bring a sense of empowerment and tino rangatiratanga (self-determination for both self and community), through building on and maximising the strengths of those we interact with.
